We arrived, had our photo taken and were seated almost immediately.
Minnie visited first, Just after we were able to get one serving of food. The Buffet was fair in size, the food was pretty standard for a breakfast in WDW - Mickey waffles, pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereals, fruits, and deserts. They did have the most delicious cheezy potatoes I've tasted in a while!
Pluto came by next...as you can see he made them laugh so hard that becca couldn't even stand straight near him. Of course she did try to stick her head in his mouth so maybe that's why ha ha...
Goofy came next...I have to say breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen in Disneyland was a bit better than here at Chef Mickeys in WDW....after all he did serve a peanut butter and jelly pizza with his breakfast lol...
Donald was so sweet to the girls....they just wanted to snuggle him all day!
And of course Chef Mickey! He came to our table twice because after giving us his autograph he had to go into the kitchen to check on the cooking of everything. The girls posed with him after he came out again!
After Chef Mickey's we headed back to MK to ride more rides, get more pictures taken and take in the magic. It was super hot so we headed back to the resort for a swim and to see if we could speak to a manager to get our room changed. We were in luck we were to be changed the next day...unfortunately for us it was only a change to building 2 - the Mighty Ducks - which was nearly the same length of walk to main hall but it was much shorter to go down the path to all star music to take their busses so yipee for that!
We went for a nice swim, had a quick snack and headed back to MK for evening play time. We had a blast riding almost everything. We didn't do splash mountain that first night as the three times we went by they were down for some reason. Our favorites of course are Big thunder Mountain Railroad, the People Mover - which we rode twice that night lol, Haunted Mansion.
We watched the Magic, memories and you and wishes from the bridge by tomorrowland. It wasn't as good as right in front of the castle which I made hubby promise that we'd do before we leave! After wishes we headed back into tomorrowland and did the Laugh Floor, Buzz lightyear again, and then walked over to the teacups. we couldn't get the girls back onto haunted mansion at night but maybe one time we will.
Once the crowd thinned out we went to hop onto a bus back to our resort and surprise we shared with all the all stars on the way home - not cool! I think this is the night I decided I no longer liked the value resorts lol...
Back at the resort we went for another swim then got tucked into bed after a very full day at the MK.
