We take trips out to our house every week or so just to see the progress on the grading and cement pouring. When we went last week we got to see the new cement stairs they poured out front - as you can see the boards are still around it so the cement was still pretty new.
Out back they were to pour a double size cement parking pad...I'd almost say this is triple size as it it quite a bit larger than that of our neighbors. Which of course will allow us to put a really nice sized garage on the site at some point in the future.
And of course our Sold Sign. I will never get tired of seeing that cause it means this home is ours! Officially!
We've been busy packing and preparing for the move. We rented a mobile storage container for the month so we didn't have to haul it all in one day. The container has been in my present driveway for one week and it's 1/4 full, even better is the fact our rental place is now nearly 1/2 empty! We dismantled the beds this morning and will be sleeping on just our mattresses for just over a week! Can't wait to get into our home, decorate and take new pictures to share!!! Happy July everyone!!!
